Willie ‘G’ is an actor, sought after motivational speaker, activist and stand–up comedian. He is frequently asked to speak on a variety of subjects to youth and corporate America in forums and conferences across the nation. Renowned dignitaries and celebrities seek after Willie ‘G’ because they enjoy his ability to arouse the crowd before they speak or perform. Willie ‘G’ is the Founder and CEO of the Stars for Tomorrow Foundation Willie ‘G’s many awards and accolades include but are not limited to; NAACP Image Award Announcer, Martin Luther King Jr. Scholar, ABC 10 KGTV Leadership Award, Paul Robeson Award, George W. Bush President’s Scholar Award, NAACP National Youth and College board Celebrity Spokesperson, Ford Salute to Education Scholar, and the only student in the nation to receive the Target All Around Scholar Award. Willie ‘G’ recently received a proclamation from the city of San Diego, naming October 29th, as Big Willie ‘G’/Operation Education Day. Being able to perform and assist in coordinating the youth summit at the expo in the LA Convention center in my second hometown and having fun is what makes the BBX very special to me.
Doing what I love performing and interacting with the guests after every show, allows me the opportunity to meet families from all over the world. One family from Belgium Germany recognized me from Nickelodeon’s Noah Knows Best a TV show that I was in and they were floored that they personally got a chance to meet and great with me. Another young boy came up to me with no hesitation and told me I was “so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so good!”
